Craftfieldk has been operating in Madrid since 2011, built on the conviction that a vehicle owner deserves to understand exactly what is happening to their car.
Who We Are and What We Do
A Madrid workshop that has earned its reputation job by job.
Craftfieldk is an independent auto service workshop located on Calle de Alcalá in Madrid. We provide scheduled vehicle maintenance, electronic diagnostics, tyre supply and fitting, and bodywork repair to private motorists, small fleet operators, and businesses with company vehicles across the Madrid metropolitan area. We are not a franchise and we are not affiliated with any single manufacturer — that independence allows us to work on virtually any make and model without the commercial pressures that shape a brand-tied service centre. Our team currently comprises seven technicians and two service advisors. Each technician holds at least one recognised qualification from the Instituto para la Cualificación de la Automoción, and the workshop as a whole has accumulated more than 4,000 completed jobs since opening. We handle around 350 vehicles per year across our four service disciplines, which means our technicians encounter a genuinely broad range of faults, conditions, and vehicle histories rather than a narrow set of repeat procedures.
How We Work — and What We Do Not Promise
Transparency about our process and our limits is part of the service.
Our process follows the same sequence for every job: a receptioned check of reported symptoms, a diagnostic phase using the right equipment for the task, a written estimate before any work starts, the repair itself, and a quality review before handover. We work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:30 and Saturday mornings until 13:00 — Madrid hours that allow most working drivers to drop off or collect without taking time off. We believe in being explicit about scope: we do not currently carry out gearbox rebuilds or engine reconditioning, and we refer high-voltage battery work on full electric vehicles to manufacturer-authorised centres. We cannot guarantee the availability of parts for certain rare or heavily modified vehicles, and we will tell you that honestly at the estimate stage rather than after work has begun. Our amber-gold workshop interior — warm terracotta walls under clear overhead lighting — is designed to feel approachable, not intimidating. We want the experience of visiting a mechanic to be straightforward, and that starts with how the space looks and how the team speaks to you.
